Our “turnkey renovation” service is designed to relieve you of all worries. It includes every stage of the process: from the initial consultation and detailed design, personally overseen by Geom. Renato Luccisano, to the complete management of all building permits and bureaucratic procedures. We handle all interior and exterior work, including the renovation of systems (electrical, plumbing, heating), the laying of floors and wall coverings, painting, right through to the final finishes and site cleanup. Our goal is to deliver a completely renovated property ready to be lived in, adhering to agreed-upon timelines and costs, and acting as your single point of contact for the entire project, whether in Ventimiglia or on the French Riviera.
Quality and reliability are at the core of our operations. For all our work, both new construction and renovation, we guarantee the use of top-quality materials and qualified craftsmanship backed by thirty years of experience. Specifically for our projects on the French Riviera and in the Principality of Monaco, in addition to applying the reduced VAT rate of 10% where applicable, our work is covered by decennial liability insurance. This important guarantee protects the client for ten years from the completion of the work against any construction defects and flaws that could compromise the structural integrity of the building.
The duration of a complete renovation varies significantly based on the size of the property, the complexity of the required interventions (e.g., structural modifications, complete system overhauls), and the client’s speed in choosing finishes. After a free technical site visit and careful analysis of your needs, we can provide you with a detailed quote that also includes a clear estimate of the project timeline.
